My owner information session is designed to give you the most up to date information you need, to have a harmonious and trusting relationship with your dog. The session lasts 90 minutes and includes a folder containing all the information covered in the session for you to refer back to. Ideal for first time dog owners, those who are about to obtain a puppy/adult dog or those who just want to know the best way to improve their relationship with their existing dog.

At the end of the session you will have learnt:

ü     Socialisation - what it means and how to ensure you get it right

ü     The importance of correct handling

ü     How your dog's home environment will affect his/her behaviour

ü     How to understand canine communication - what is your dog telling you?

ü     How to keep your dog mentally stimulated

ü     How much exercise is enough/too much

ü     How diet is linked to the behaviour of your dog

ü     How to spot signs of stress in your dog

ü     Your dog and the law

ü     Your responsibility as a dog owner
