How To Book an Appointment for a Telephone Consultation

You can email mail@purplepetbehaviour.co.uk . Please let me know your full name and contact telephone number and provide a description of the problem, giving me as much detail as possible (this should include the animal's name, age, sex and breed).  At this stage I will confirm the fees and where you should send payment. Once I receive payment, I will call you back to arrange a date and time for the consultation.

I would ask that payment be made in advance by cheque.  Please be assured, I will not bank any cheque until the telephone consultation has taken place. If, as a result of the telephone consultation an appointment is required for me to come and see you in your home, I will deduct the cost of the telephone consultation from the overall cost of my face-to-face consultancy charges. The charges for the telephone consultation service are as follows:

• £45.00 for an initial telephone consultation of up to 30 minutes.
• £15.00 for any follow-up telephone consultation that is required.

Telephone consultations are available during office hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
